Enterprise Sales **Entrepreneur-In-Residence (Remote)**: - Remote- Full Time- If persistence and relationship building are your game, then you are our next EIR You will be responsible for our growth in the SEA & Indian Subcontinent region boosting our client relationships and business expansion.**Why are we building Nuclei?** Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially our learning from the previous startups/companies:- Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.- - Build a company. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business. This does not mean that we compromise on growth, but we most definitely avoid unsustainable growth.- - Build for the long term, not flip it in a few years.- - And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception of India, from being a back-office/outsourcing destination to a product destination.- All the above points came together to form Nuclei's vision - "To build a well-respected global product company."**What will you do?**You'll work closely with Raghav (VP, Sales), and Ankur (Founder), and the rest of the senior team, and help them expand the business across verticals- - Help in the geographical expansion of our products.- - Take ownership of essential tasks and be actively involved in driving growth.- - Learn quickly, adapt, and work hard to deliver high-quality output regularly.**Your Role & Responsibilities**Market research & outreaches in the SEA and Indian region- - Contribute to the development of the sales plan- - Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the leadership team- - Building relationships with clients and prospects to ultimately drive sales- - Track and manage the sales pipeline- - Gather customer's feedback and help improve the product- - Work closely with the Strategic Partnerships & Marketing team**Who should apply?**Experience as a founder and leader of a startup company- - Extensive relevant work experience with B2B SaaS companies- - Demonstrated ability to quickly understand the key attributes of technologies, products, markets, and teams that lead to successful startup companies- - Experience and existing network of contacts in Fintechs and related communities- - Must have proficiency in demand generation and concept selling- - Someone with 4-6 years of relevant experience- - Great communication and presentation skills*** - Our Culture and policies we believe in and live by at NucleiProfitable company with a team-first culture Everyone is encouraged to make decisions and lead.
