**About Calisade**

**Calisade** is a next-generation investment platform that blends data science, fundamental analysis, and behavioral signals to deliver exceptional market insights and stock picks. We serve retail investors through a tiered newsletter offering and are in the midst of building out a suite of offerings for institutional clients including a hedge fund and SPV-based deal opportunities.

We’re now expanding our **research, operations, and distribution capabilities** across Asia and other emerging markets, and this role will play a central part in building out that infrastructure.

Calisade is backed by **Vulcury**, a venture studio led by the former CEO of 3Diligent, a former Deloitte strategy consultant. You’ll work directly with our CEO and future division leads as we scale the platform globally.

**What You’ll Do**

This internship is built for future **portfolio managers, operators, or startup founders**. You’ll act as an entrepreneurial right hand to leadership—**building, launching, and iterating** on core elements of the business.

Key responsibilities may include:

- Spearheading **Calisade’s Asia expansion** strategy and implementation
- Helping to establish our **distribution model** in Asian markets (B2B and B2C)
- Building out **systems and infrastructure** for publishing, CRM, and customer onboarding
- Collaborating with the research team to adapt product offerings for international audiences
- Supporting **partnership development**, business operations, and user acquisition initiatives
- Contributing to performance tracking, funnel optimization, and market research

**What We’re Looking For**
- **MBA student or recent grad**, ideally with a background in finance, consulting, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Deep interest in **investing, macroeconomics, financial technology, or content businesses**:

- Exceptional **problem-solving and execution skills**:

- Ability to operate independently while communicating cross-functionally
- Located in (or familiar with) **India or Southeast Asia**:

- Bonus: Experience with newsletters, investment research, or financial products

If successful, this role could lead to a **continued leadership path** within Calisade or one of Vulcury’s affiliated ventures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
