The Sales Coordinator provides support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer communications, processing orders, and ensuring that the sales processes run efficiently. They act as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in managing schedules, creating sales proposals, and maintaining client communications.
- **Order Processing**: Handle the processing of all sales orders and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with relevant departments (logistics, finance, etc.).
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Respond to client inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- **Sales Reports**: Generate sales reports and track performance metrics to help the sales team achieve targets.
- **Coordinate Sales Activities**: Plan and organize sales events, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update sales documentation, contracts, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- **Team Collaboration**: Liaise between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and campaigns.
- **Lead Management**: Assist in maintaining the sales pipeline by following up on leads and supporting the sales team in moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
