Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, such as quotes, contracts, and invoices.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and follow up on pending issues.
- Support the sales team in handling customer requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Coordinate and track sales activities, targets, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales records and systems.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate sales events, such as product launches, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Manage logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, product development) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Provide support to the sales team in achieving their sales targets.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work effectively with different teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proactive and able to resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with software sales and understanding of software industry dynamics.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.

Working Conditions:

- **Travel**: Occasional travel may be required for events and meetings.
