Designation: Office Coordinator
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office
Hands on experience with accounting software
**Responsibilities**:
a) Making Purchase Order and Goods Receipt Note, Proforma Invoice, Sales Invoice
in SAP as per orders received from team.
b) Verifying Transport Invoice and Warehouse Invoice as per contract.
c) Coordination with functions like Sales, Marketing & Finance to get all necessary
formalities done related to billing Data Entry in the system as per Company
needs.
d) Converting Sales order to Sales Invoice as per confirmation from the concerned.
e) Checking warehouse physical and SAP stocks and informing SC about the shortfall
of material if any.
f) Coordination with depot for dispatches of billing completed.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
