**Key Duties and Responsibilities of a PR Executive in a Musical Concert:1. Media Relations & Press Coverage**:

- **Build Media Contacts**: Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, radio stations, music magazines, and influences within the music and entertainment industry.
- **Distribute Press Releases**: Write and send press releases to announce the concert, featuring key details such as the artists, venue, date, and special highlights (e.g., special guests or unique features).
- **Coordinate Interviews**: Schedule and arrange interviews with the concert performers, producers, or event organizers with media outlets, such as TV, radio, online platforms, and print.
- **Press Kits**: Create and distribute press kits that include artist bios, high-quality images, concert details, and other relevant media information.
- **Pitch Stories to Journalists**: Pitch unique story angles to journalists, such as artist profiles, behind-the-scenes features, or concert previews.

**2. Event Promotion and Publicity**:

- **Promote Concert Dates**: Work on the messaging and promotion of the concert to ensure it reaches the target audience. This includes traditional media outlets (newspapers, magazines, radio) and digital platforms (social media, blogs).
