**Position : Digital Marketing Expert**

**job role 1: Facebook ads Specialist**

**job role 2 : Google ads Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Creation & Management**: Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Meta ad campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and scheduling.
- **Audience Targeting**:Research and define audience segments using Facebook’s targeting options (e.g., demographics, interests, behaviors, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences).
- **Ad Copy & Creative Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy and visuals, ensuring they align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and placements to optimize campaign performance.
- **Performance Monitoring & Optimization**: Continuously monitor the performance of campaigns, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights, including recommendations for future optimization and strategic direction.

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Messenger Ads, and other Meta platforms.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and how to optimize them.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
- Ability to work with design tools to create basic ad creatives or collaborate with the creative team.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- **Must have skills : Minimum 3 Years experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads**

**Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
