**Freelance IT Recruiter**

We are looking for a Freelance IT Recruiter to help recruit and develop teams across all functional areas, especially in software engineering and testing.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Engineering degree or equivalent IT /Computer Science degree.
- Strong understanding of software development roles and agile methodologies
- 1-2 years of prior experience in HR and recruiting software developers and digital marketing positions
- An clear understanding of software developer and digital marketing job roles
- Experience working in e-commerce or a software development company

Location: Remote or Goa
