**Responsibilities**:
**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and expectations.

**Pipeline Management**:Maintain an active and engaged talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Human Resource Recruiter**:

- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent.
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
