we are looking for Freelance recruitment consultants with experience in IT/ Non IT/Tech/Pharma Recruitment to work with us.

Role : Freelance recruitment consultant

Experience : 1 to 10 years

**Industry Type **: HR Services & Consulting

**Employment **: Freelance (Fulltime)

**Role Category **: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Education : Any graduate with HR experience

Payment : Commission Based.

Ø Looking for Dynamic & Target Oriented freelance recruiters ( work from home).

Ø Minimum one year experience in recruitment field will be preferred.

Ø Should have good experience in end to end IT or Non IT or Pharma or other recruitment.

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Ø Handling end-to-end recruitment.

Ø Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy

Ø Understanding the job description

Ø Utilize multiple recruiting sources including job boards, social networking sites and internal database.

Ø Job postings on portals and social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)

Ø Closing the positions within the TAT.

Ø Build, Maintain and regularly update database, status of all ongoing positions & Data management in excel

Ø Good Communication skills.

- If We will provide Job Portal Naukri (limited access), if positions is closed, Employee will get 15% on the revenue generated. If they perform Excellent we will absorb them in our company on fix salary in 3 to 6 Months (Based on performance).
