**Roles & responsibilities: -**

1. Would be working in any of our Kanz jewelry outlets, primarily involved in customer interaction, greeting the customers, understanding the customer requirements, and sowing various designs and jewelry items that suites the requirement, budgets, and tastes of the customers.

2. Coordinating with the sales team and ensuring that the customers’ requirements are satisfied.

3. Ensuring that the sales staff are presentable and attend to the customers properly.

4. Coordinating with other Store Managers and Asst. Store In-charges in day-to-day operations

5. Managing &checking the visual merchandise on the shop floor and also ensuring that the things are kept properly and organized.

6. Need to ensure that the salesperson has given proper pricing on the product and also assists the customers during the billing process.

7. Should be good in cross-selling and up-selling technologies.

8. Resolving employee issues and grievances and conflicts.

9. Ensuring that the monthly sales & OGP targets of the store are achieved.
Any other duties assigned by the superior that are directly or indirectly associated with this role.

**Experience required in the following industries-**

1. Jewellery Industry (Gold, Platinum, Silver, Diamonds, Colored Stones & & Pearls)**(Must)**

2. Electronic Industry (Consumer & Household Appliances)**(preferred)**

3. Clothing Industry (Apparel ready-made & Textile) **(preferred)**

4. Leather Industry (Shoes, Belts & Bags) **(preferred)**

5. Sportswear Industry**(preferred)**

6. Automobile Industry (2 & 4 wheelers-New Only) **(preferred)**

7. Beauty & Skin Care Industry (Cosmetics & Perfumes) **(preferred)**

8. Fashion Industry & Accessories**(preferred)**

9. Furniture Retail**(preferred)**

**Other conditions: -**

1. Should be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.

2. This job requires the person to work in a ‘standing position.’ There is no option to sit while on duty.

3. Need to work for 10-11 hours per day(excluding break hours)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
