Job Title: GM Sales - FMCG (B2B/B2C)

We're seeking an experienced General Manager of Sales with a proven track record in the FMCG sector, adept at both B2B and B2C sales. As the GM Sales, you'll be responsible for overseeing and guiding our sales team, managing diverse sales managers across various channels. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales managers, ensuring optimal performance and goal attainment.
- Manage relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated business success.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry.
- Strong background in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a diverse sales team.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
