Arrive early to prepare the café for daily operations.

Set up the front-of-house and back-of-house areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Assist with restocking inventory and checking the freshness of products.

Prepare and organize condiments, utensils, and other service items.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to café standards.

Operate cash registers and handle transactions with precision.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Monitor and restock inventory as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.

Assist in closing cash registers and balancing the cash drawer.

Secure the premises by locking doors and windows.

Communicate with the closing team to ensure all tasks are completed.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tollygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
