**About TeaBENCH**: TeaBENCH is a rapidly growing tea brand known for its diverse range of tea offerings and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Helper to join our team and help manage our small tea shop.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers with their tea selections, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and assist with receiving and organizing shipments.
- **Shop Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our tea products to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- A passion for tea and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
