We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Executive** to drive sales growth and expand our client base.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Sales Growth & Business Development**:

- Drive the sales of our **accounting automation software**, focusing on clients using **Tally**.
- Identify and target potential clients, including **small businesses, enterprises, and accounting firms**.
- Engage in **consultative selling**, understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Conduct **product demonstrations** (online & in-person) to showcase seamless **Tally integration**.
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships**, acting as a trusted advisor.

**Sales Targets & Market Research**:

- Meet and exceed **monthly & quarterly sales targets**.
- Stay updated on **Tally updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings**.
- Provide market insights to refine sales strategies and position our solutions effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in **software sales** (FinTech/SaaS preferred) OR a highly motivated fresher eager to work in an emerging **FinTech company**.
- Strong knowledge of **Tally accounting software**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation & presentation skills**.
- Ability to understand and explain **software solutions** clearly.
- **Target-driven** with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
