**About the Role**:
As a Jr. MIS, your primary responsibilities include performing daily data entry, cleaning, and organizing data to support reporting tasks. You will assist in generating routine reports and maintaining accurate data logs. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in Excel to ensure data accuracy and support the team with administrative tasks.

**Designation** - Jr. MIS Executive

**Location** - Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily data entry, cleaning, and validation to ensure data accuracy.
- Copy, paste, and organize data from various sources into spreadsheets or designated reports.
- Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.
- Maintain and update data logs, tracking sheets, and other documents as required.
- Perform basic data analysis and summarize key findings to support decision-making.
- Assist in data formatting, sorting, and filtering to present clear and concise information.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as organizing files and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of reporting tasks.

**What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)**
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic functions such as sorting, filtering, formulas, and formatting.
- Familiarity with data cleaning and basic data manipulation techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Basic understanding of reporting and documentation practices.

**Experience**:

- 0-1 Year of experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
- Prior experience in generating reports using Excel is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
