**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Structural Designer** with proven experience in **Industrial Civil RCC and Steel Structures (2D design & detailing)**. The role involves preparing and reviewing structural drawings, guiding the drafting team, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables as per project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and review **2D drawings, GA layouts, and detailed RCC & steel structure drawings**.
- Supervise and guide a team of **draftsmen**, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical teams for drawing interfaces and clash resolution.
- Review vendor and construction drawings and provide technical clarifications to site teams.
- Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Optimize detailing for **ease of fabrication & construction**.
- Mentor drafting team for continuous skill development and efficiency.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of **RCC & steel structure detailing** (industrial foundations, pipe racks, buildings, tanks, silos, etc.).
- Proficiency in **2D drafting tools** such as AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with IS codes & detailing standards for industrial civil works.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of designers/drafters.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in **RCC & steel structure detailing**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
