Job Description:
As a Structural Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create and design the structural framework for buildings, bridges, and other architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative and safe structural designs that meet the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Structural Design: Develop structural designs and plans for various construction projects, considering factors such as safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to create detailed drawings and models.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements. Coordinate with them throughout the design process to ensure structural integrity and alignment with overall project goals.

Compliance and Codes: Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure designs meet all relevant requirements. Incorporate appropriate safety measures and sustainability principles into the structural design.

Analysis and Evaluation: Perform structural analysis using software tools to assess the strength, stability, and load-bearing capacity of the proposed designs. Evaluate different materials and construction methods to optimize structural performance.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, drawings, and specifications to communicate design details to project stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation.

Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct periodic site visits to assess construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Participate in inspections to identify any structural issues or potential risks.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Present design proposals and provide technical advice and support as required.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in structural design technology, materials, and construction methods. Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field.

Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and structural analysis tools.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise design documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices.

Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
