L&T Realty is looking for a seasoned **Structural Design Engineer** with 12-14 years of experience in structural analysis and design for large-scale real estate projects. The role involves designing, reviewing, and validating structural systems for high-rise residential towers, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring safety, stability, durability, and compliance with IS codes, NBC, and international standards.

Key responsibilities include preparation, validation, and review of structural drawings; conducting design feasibility studies; coordinating with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors; reviewing peer consultant designs; resolving site-related structural queries; and providing value engineering inputs to optimize cost and timelines without compromising quality. Hands-on expertise in design tools like **ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD** is a must.
