**Job Title: Marketing Specialist**

**Reports To**: Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to develop campaign materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Support SEO and paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Help plan and execute promotional events and product launches.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (or relevant internships for entry-level).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with social media advertising and analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
- Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,355.18 per month
