Title: Inside Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating product features, benefits and value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customer and upselling additional products or services.
- Response to inbound inquiries, providing information, addressing customers concerns, and guiding them through sales process.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date
- record of customer interactions, sales activities and opportunity.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offering to position products effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product and services to articulate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you.
- Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service
- oriented company image among customers.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language
- Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role
- Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
