2) Position : Admin Executive (Female)
3) Experience Required : 5+ Years
4) Salary Negotiable : Rs. 30000-40000 PM
5) Job Location : Ahmedabad
6) Job Description:
1. Overseeing front desk activities, courier management, Visitors management,
Stationery procurement, Security Handling and Canteen management Etc.
2. Overseeing administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed.
3. Supervising and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a
smooth and efficient working environment.
4. Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general
conservation.
5. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
6. Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure the smooth
functioning of the workplace.
7. Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights,
accommodations, transportation.
8. Responsible for giving first aid medical treatment to staff/workers/Self Contractor
and arrange for hospitalization for further treatment if needed.
9. Arranging meetings and other events
10. Managing all other general administrative activities related to facilities.
