We are a leading footwear manufacturing company with a focus on comfort and innovation, operating under the brand _OrthoRest_. We are expanding our e-commerce presence and looking for a skilled individual to manage our website and online marketplace operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. E-Commerce Website Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related technical issues.
- Optimize the website for SEO and performance, including speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.

**2. Online Marketplace Management**:

- Manage and monitor product listings on online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.
- Ensure accurate and updated product information across all platforms.
- Track marketplace trends, reviews, and performance metrics to improve sales.
- Handle promotions, discounts, and campaign planning on marketplaces in coordination with the marketing team.

**3. Order & Inventory Management**:

- Oversee seamless order flow from all platforms, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with the operations team to maintain stock levels and prevent overselling or stockouts.

**4. Performance Analytics**:

- Track and analyze performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return rates.
- Provide actionable insights to improve performance on both the website and marketplaces.
- Generate and present periodic reports on performance and trends.

**5. Customer Experience & Support**:

- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to the website and marketplaces.
- Work on improving ratings and reviews by enhancing the customer experience.

**6. Collaborations & Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, banners, and promotional activities.
- Optimize listings for search results on both the website and marketplaces.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience managing e-commerce websites and online marketplace accounts.
- Strong understanding of SEO, marketplace algorithms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, graphic design tools, and marketplace advertising is a plus.
