We are looking for dynamic E Commerce Executive for order processing, order packing, order delivery, inventory keeping, return management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving the sales performance of the various e-commerce platform
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Upload and update product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing, while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock outs and optimize product availability.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance

**Key Requirements**
- You have prior experience in a similar role. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
