**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Diploma (any discipline) or Bachelor's Degree (any field).**

**Requirements**:

- **Languages (mandatory)**: Hindi, English
- **Additional Languages (preferred)**: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam
- Strong skills in **Root Cause Analysis** and **Customer Resolution**:

- Focus on achieving **CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)**:

- Hands-on experience with **ERP** and **CRM** tools
- Proficiency in **Excel**, **PowerPoint**, and **Google Docs**:

- Knowledge and experience in using ticketing systems like **Zoho, Zen Desk etc..**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and resolve issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
- Track, analyze, and report on customer feedback and metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹10,550.36 - ₹33,618.53 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
