DataLabs is looking for emerging leaders to spearhead our foray into autonomous and intelligent data products that solve the full gamut of business and analytical needs. This role involves working with our US lines of businesses to understand contemporary business needs, making impactful and actionable offers and driving end-to-end execution of initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using business, statistical and data analysis to make strategic recommendations
- Product: Conceptualize and develop world class data products leveraging Machine Learning on structured and unstructured data.
- Execution: Includes the development of frameworks, hypotheses, tests, analysis and options, scoping operational feasibility, leading implementation efforts
- Partnership: Work closely with business leaders across Capitalone.
