Job Responsibilities:

- Gather customer issues/feedback and share with our teams.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to get the issues resolved.
- Preparing the customer database file, open the tickets in the ERP system and follow up till it gets closed out.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Customer Support Representative/Executive
- Excellent verbal ,written communication and problem-solving skills
- Good listening skills to capture the info and problems.
- Ability to write the processes for standard documentations.
- Should be ready to work in the night shift (06:30pm - 3:30am OR 07:30pm - 4:30am IST). As he/she needs to work with foreign Client.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
