**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance channels
- Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and implement optimizations to improve results
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends effectively to maximize ROI
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Track customer journey, conversion funnels, and cart abandonment metrics
- Stay updated with trends in e-commerce marketing, consumer behavior, and digital advertising

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce/D2C space
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, etc.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for customer-focused messaging

**Preferred**:

- Experience with remarketing, shopping ads, and affiliate platforms
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
