**Job Title: Guest Relations Executive Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)**
**About the Role**: Our client, a co-living business partnering with one of India's leading real estate developers, is establishing a new call center in Bangalore. They are looking for a skilled and customer focused Virtual Guest Relations Executive to join their core team. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in the hospitality industry who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure outstanding customer experience by addressing and resolving inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain and communicate up-to-date room status information. - Generate daily and weekly reports for each property to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and audit CCTV footage for all properties to ensure security and operational compliance.
- Prepare audit and daily operational reports, presenting them to the head of the department for review. Qualifications & Experience:
- This is an office-based role for someone with proven experience in the hotel or hospitality industry as a Guest Service Associate, Guest Relations Executive, or Front Desk Executive.
- In-depth understanding of front office SOPs, including check-in/check-out processes, early/late check-ins, and room upgrades.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a virtual, shift-based environment, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work in 8-hour shifts.
