**Job Profile: SME SCCM**
**Required Experienced: 7+ Years or Above**

Work Location: Mumbai
- Must be MCP, SCCM 2012 / Current Branch Certified or Certification in at least 1 Software Distribution tool.
- Minimum 6+ years of overall experience and 4+ years on Relevant Experience
- Should be having expert level knowledge on SCCM technology & related products especially for SCCM 2012 / SCCM Current Branch.
- Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
- Act as technical expert on SCCM platform.
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise SCCM environment.
- Knowledge of Automation capabilities of SCCM using APIs & Scripting.
- Create, maintain and troubleshoot OS deployment task sequences.
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex problems
- Prepare SCCM related process and technical documentation
- Participate in Design, plan and implementation of Software Distribution, OSD& patching solutions through SCCM.
- Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations.
- Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations.
- Work with Product Lead, Regional IT Teams, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers.
- Managing & provide training to operations team (L1/L2).
- Learn and keep up to date with the latest technology products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
