**Position: Liaison Executive**

**Location: Kanchipuram & Thiruvallur**

**Salary: upto Industry: Stds**

**Job Type: Permanent/Full Time**

**Job description**
- Collect documents from the Government authorities.
- Collect documents related to land surveys and revenue corrections.
- RTC correction - identified by 2nd legal opinion.
- Change of land use document & Property Conversion.
- Effective coordination with government officers follow up effectively**.**

**Job Requirement**
- Legal documentations & process knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in liaison work - Patta process, CMDA Building/land approvals, EB, Metro water, Sewage connection arrangements, RERA & other legal department related coordination's
- Knowledge in NOC documentation procedures.
- Legal office & authority co
- ordination.
- Communication should be good in spoken and written **Tamil**

**Skills expected**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assigned tasks.

**Other**:

- Need to have own mode of transportation.

**Qualification and Experience**
- **Bachelor Degree, Must have minimum 2 experience working in real estate firm.**
