We need supervisors for each of the following:
The Supervisor at AnkitGram Sewadham Ashram will oversee daily activities, ensure efficient care and support for residents, coordinate with teams across departments, and maintain the operational standards of the Ashram. This role requires a compassionate individual with a strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and experience in team management or social service environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resident Care Coordination**:

- Supervise the day-to-day care of residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and caretakers to manage the health and well-being of residents.
- Monitor and report on the physical and emotional condition of residents.
- **Team Supervision and Training**:

- Lead, train, and supervise caretakers, support staff, and volunteers to maintain quality service standards.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth daily operations across departments.
- **Facility and Resource Management**:

- Monitor the condition and cleanliness of facilities, ensuring maintenance needs are promptly addressed.
- Oversee the distribution of food, medicines, clothing, and other necessities to residents.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of resident information, daily activities, and any incidents.
- Report regularly to the Operations Manager regarding the status of residents, resources, and team performance.
- **Community Engagement and Visitor Coordination**:

- Engage with donors, visitors, and community members, representing the Ashram's mission and values.
- Assist with planning and coordination of events, camps, and special activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹9,175.70 - ₹39,015.12 per month
