Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operator at Yonko Proteins in Ujjain. The Operator will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to the production, processing, and packaging of our agrochemical and biostimulant products. Duties include operating and maintaining production equipment, adhering to safety standards, conducting quality checks, monitoring production processes, and ensuring smooth workflow to meet production goals. Collaboration with supervisors and team members for troubleshooting and efficiency improvement is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment
  • Knowledge of quality control, process monitoring, and adherence to safety protocols
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement
  • Relevant technical experience or certification in industrial operations or a related field
  • Understanding of sustainability and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices is a plus
  • Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment
