**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Verify that all products meet internal and customer specifications.
- Use measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM machines.
- Identify defects and non-conformities and report them to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate inspection and test records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in quality is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems (QMS).
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in using measurement and inspection tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, quality software tools).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience in [industry, e.g., automotive, aerospace, electronics, etc.].
- Certification such as CQI (Certified Quality Inspector), CMM Operator, or Six Sigma.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
