We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Process Associate, focusing on backend support for our US-based operations.

**Job Summary**:
As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient backend support to our clients and remotely managing the staff responsible for delivering home care services. This position demands a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Backend Support**:

- Handle administrative tasks related to client operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.

**Remote Staff Management**:

- Collaborate with the client's staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and manage remote teams responsible for delivering home care services.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing performance issues and facilitating training as needed.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline backend processes and enhance overall efficiency.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Implement measures to maintain and improve service quality.

**Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators.
- Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in backend support or process management, preferably in a healthcare or client services setting is plus.
- Freshers also welcomed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,597.57 - ₹35,615.56 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Usmanpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:
