As a Process Associate at Serviots, you will be responsible for ensuring that business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet quality standards. You will assist in daily operations, data entry, and process improvements to drive performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and manage data in company systems.
- Monitor and ensure that processes are followed as per company guidelines.
- Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain and update records and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks and audits on processes and tasks.
- Prepare and submit reports on task progress, issues, and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve processes.
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Previous experience in a process-related role preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
