- Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and provide information about the property and local attractions.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and changes using **IDS**.
- Ensure smooth guest interactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist in managing guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services.
- Strong knowledge of **IDS** for managing reservations.
- Excellent **English communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Strong guest handling skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
