**Guest Interaction**: Greet guests professionally and courteously, provide informative details about menu items, and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Order Taking & Service**: Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- **Food & Beverage Delivery**: Serve food and beverages according to departmental and brand standards, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet hygiene standards.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any issues or requests with empathy and finding effective solutions.
- **Table & Outlet Maintenance**: Set tables according to standards, clear tables, and maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
- **Coordination & Teamwork**: Collaborate with other staff, including kitchen and bar teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possess a working knowledge of the hotel's facilities and local information to answer guest inquiries effectively.
- **Promoting Services**: Promote other services offered by the hotel to guests.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
