**Job Title: Data Entry Executive (Freshers Welcome)**

**Job Summary**: We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals who are eager to kickstart their career as Data Entry Executives. As a fresher, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter data from various sources into computer databases or software systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it with source documents.
- Update existing data and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets/documentation of important company information.
- Organize and maintain files and records in a proper manner.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or individuals with basic data entry skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office Word, Excel).
- Typing speed and accuracy are essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Work Environment**:

- Training provided to familiarize with company procedures and systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:
