**Job Description**:
**Monitor Project Activities**

He/she needs to **monitor, coordinate, and control** a project from start to finish. Project controllers deal closely with **financial budgeting** to ensure all processes run smoothly during a project.

**Project Budgeting/ EAC Reviews**

Two main areas that he/she need to focus on is budgeting, review of cost incurred on the job vis-à-vis the estimates. He/she need to perform the Project EAC/ Qualitative Reviews at regular intervals and need to comply AECOM Internal Policies.

**Review of Project Receivables**

He/she need to timely review the Invoices/ Work-in-progress at regular intervals with Project Managers/ Business Line Leaders. Need to ensure Client account statements are reconciled regularly. Need to resolve the disputed matters if any with the client within reasonable time frame.

**Development of Annual Business Plan***

He/she need to develop robust business plan for the Business Line he/she will be assigned.

**Audit and Tax Matters***

He/she need to support in providing necessary project related documents/ information/ schedules for audit purpose and ensure smooth closure of audit queries in a timely manner.

He/ she needs to resolve tax related matters pertaining to the projects of Business Line

**Working Experience in Oracle/ Microsoft**

He/she need to possess excellent working experience in Oracle and MS-Excel/MS-Word/ PPT.
