**YOU'RE GOOD AT
Finance Minimum Standard:

- Preparation of List of controls as applicable to India from Fin Min Std point of view
- Documentation of SOP's (policies, Process and procedure) for effective compliance with the control

identified
- Implementation of SOP's and documenting the effectiveness on monthly basis (Dashboard)
- Regular review of the SOP's for better control effectiveness
- Documentation of DRP for all finance functions and testing of the same
- Close monitoring and rigorous follow up for adherence to Finance minimum stands for India

operations (for all functions)

Internal Financial Controls:

- Implementation and monitoring of Internal Financial Controls as required by Companies Act, 2013.
- Continuous updating the Risk control matrix for various processes and sub processes.
- Ensure adherence to RCM for each processes by way of creating additional documentation at the time

of transaction
- Management testing of above documentation for each process for the number of samples as defined

by the Co's Act and document findings.
- Clearance of IFC documentation with Statutory Auditors

**Internal Audit**:

- Defining the scope of work for Internal Audit along with finance leadership & Respective team
- Co-ordination with Internal Auditor & Team for conduct of Internal Audit
- Discussion on Draft report - Deficiencies reported, recommendations and way forward for the

deficiencies
- Testing on Action taken on the recommendations agreed
- Monthly reporting of various compliances under Co's Act

Risk Audit:

- Risk management including ensuring we have adequate systems of internal control and ensuring

compliance with local tax, legal, and other regulatory requirements
- Continues process checks of the Teams to ensure that the observations and Recommendations

for past visits of RM Team are followed.
- Be the point of contact for Risk Audit Team and co-ordination for Risk Teams visit
- Ensuring closure of Risk audit report.

Compliance with other Laws
- Preparation of Sundry list of laws applicable to India
- Preparation of compliance requirement in the above applicable laws
- Preparation of checklist for compliance under various laws applicable
- Continuous monitoring to ensure that teams are following the compliance checklist
- Monthly publishing of compliance calendar and Dashboard for HoF on Status of Compliance

Other Responsibilities
- Work on operational effectiveness which includes identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency

of the function. Continuously seeking to re-engineer local business process to obtain efficiencies and

reduce costs. Play a proactive role in identifying and addressing areas for improvement to the local

accounting processes to gain efficiencies.

**YOU BRING**
- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SOX and COSO will be an added advantage

advantage.

MSWord and PowerPoint, Oracle or any other large financial systems environment/ERP
- Should have rich experience of working in an MNC environment, especially in the core areas of work

described above.
- Should have the personality and drive to be able to interact across functions and levels to be able to

carry out his/her job responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal are important. More than that ability to

articulate his/her point across to the other person effectively and efficiently.
