The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. **The impact you’ll make**:
At Lam, as a Buyer/Planner, you play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through the production cycle. Your expertise ensures timely and cost-effective material purchases and maintaining consumption of components at planned levels, through Just in Time purchases and use of Economic Order Quantities (EOQ). You create and maintain bills of materials while upholding materials standards. You'll develop specifications for new contract orders and gather quotations. By monitoring cost, schedule, and scope, you support high quality and value to maintain Lam's competitive edge.
