The Impact You’ll Make At Lam, as a Buyer/Planner, you play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through the production cycle. Your expertise ensures timely and cost-effective material purchases and maintaining consumption of components at planned levels, through Just in Time purchases and use of Economic Order Quantities (EOQ). You create and maintain bills of materials while upholding materials standards. You'll develop specifications for new contract orders and gather quotations. By monitoring cost, schedule, and scope, you support high quality and value to maintain Lam's competitive edge. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
