|| JOB DESCRIPTION: ASST. PURCHASE EXECUTIVE ||

Reporting to Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

Responsible for organizing and supervising purchasing functions. Managing daily activities in purchasing to include day-to-day and capital projects purchases. Managing contracts including administering, negotiating, reviewing, renewing, filing, and evaluating for availability, price, and terms.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop the purchasing strategy.

Communicate in a time-bound manner with all departments concerns regarding their materials.

Responsible for all purchasing functions, quotations, quality and availability.

Responsible for physical control of all store items until issued, fully documented under strict control procedures (key control, timing schedule, authorized issue requests).

Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.

Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments.

Review and process purchase orders.

Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.

Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors.

Select prospective vendors and negotiate contracts as per FSSC 22000 vendor empaneled

Evaluate vendors based on quality, timeliness, price and terms.

Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.

Research and evaluate vendors to compare pricing and services.

Coordinate with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.

Ensure quality of procured items and address problems when they arise.

Maintain a database of approved suppliers.

PR's are process in Dynamics with proper quotes attached.

Meet with the Chartered Accountant to act on urgent queries and follow his instructions at all times.

Ensure that major approvals are obtained from the Managing Director prior to placing the orders.

Have and keep sufficient stock of all the ingredients before they run out in the store.

Manage food cost report of all stocks on timely.

Do not share any information related to the company with anyone.

Prepare and submit detailed monthly MIS reports to management.

In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, will have to take up any other assignment given on an occasional basis or daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
