**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Planning**:

- Develop conceptual designs, detailed plans, and architectural drawings.
- Utilize CAD and BIM software to create and modify design plans.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for potential projects.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Participate in virtual meetings and design reviews.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients through various digital platforms.
- Provide regular updates on project status and address any issues or changes promptly.
- **Sustainability & Innovation**:

- Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Propose innovative solutions to design challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven experience with remote work or a strong ability to adapt to a remote work environment is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and workload effectively.
