The Part-Time Sales Representative (Chat-Based) will be responsible for engaging with potential customers via live chat platforms, providing them with information about our products and services, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them toward making a purchase. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with website visitors, leads, and existing customers via live chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Respond to inquiries about product features, pricing, and services with detailed, accurate, and helpful information.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customers’ needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- **Lead Qualification & Conversion**:

- Qualify leads by identifying their interests and understanding their pain points.
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel by explaining product benefits, overcoming objections, and leading them toward a purchasing decision.
- Actively follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but haven’t yet made a purchase.
- **Sales Goals & Performance**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to the growth of revenue and market share.
- Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions, leads, and sales activities within the company’s CRM system.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide post-sale support by answering follow-up questions and helping with the order process if necessary.
- Address any customer concerns or issues professionally and escalate to the appropriate department if needed.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to share insights on customer preferences, market trends, and areas of improvement.
- Report on sales performance, key metrics, and customer feedback regularly to management.
- **Training & Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Suggest process improvements or new tools that could enhance the efficiency of the sales process.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Experience using live chat platforms, CRMs, or other sales tools is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Basic technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate various sales platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
