**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, vendors, and in-house staff for timely service delivery.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning materials, supplies, and machines.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift planning.
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Handle administrative tasks: documentation, reports, billing, and expense tracking.
- Resolve operational issues and manage service escalations.
- Support management in improving operational processes and SOP implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, expenses, and KPIs.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduation or MBA in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations and administration (laundry, hospitality, or service industry preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital tools.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic bookkeeping is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
