_Job description_
- We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team and coordinate our documentation, proposal writing and communication with suppliers and stakeholders. You should be able to use your effective solutions to process bids and generate reports. You will be responsible for administering and formulating strategies to ensure successful outcomes in tenders and submissions._
- **Experience into Govt Tenders is required**_
- Roles & Responsibilities:_
- 2) Enroll in various government, state & Central Schemes._
- 4) Oversee paperwork for B2B Business for brands_
- 5) Visit sites where tender is applied and participate in the Demo etc._
- 6) Enroll in tenders 24/7, equivalent and maintain records._
- Responsibilities_
- _Evaluate bids and contracts: Analyze bids and contracts for price, quality and technical specifications of goods and services_
- _Monitor bids: Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process_
- _Prepare reports: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs_
- _Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to reach favorable agreements_
