**Job Purpose**: To oversee a retail company’s online sales and presence. They are responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the websites.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different team like, marketing, sales to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
- Provide support to marketing agency.
- Identify best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Responsible for process order and advertising on sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, etc.. as well as our website.
- Managing stock availability of all products.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
- Managing & executing promotional campaigns and offers.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.

**Skills**:

- Experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum above 2 years experience in same field.
- Any bachelor degree.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
