**Job Title**: Marketing Executive

**Reports to**: Assistant Manager Marketing, Branch Manager

Our mission is to simplify the process of studying abroad, offering expert guidance, resources and support to students at every stage of their journey.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential students through various channels, including schools and college visits and social media outreach
- Flyers distribution and data collection to generate leads during educational events and visits to school and colleges.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the study abroad industry
- **Brand Building**:

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners to identify potential opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential clients and partners.
- **Sales Support**:

- Provide marketing support to the counselling team by providing student’s data daily, weekly and monthly from the marketing activities.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and interest in field marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Additional Considerations**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Bangla) is a plus.
- **Teamwork**: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.

**Salary**:

- Salary ranging from INR 15000-18000/- depending upon the interview, skillset and experience.
